Privacy, analytics, checkout, and support boundaries

HoneKit is a static public website for a downloadable customer-ops template bundle. The site is designed to explain the product, publish practical guides, and send buyers to Gumroad for checkout. HoneKit does not run user accounts, hosted workspaces, intake forms, comment areas, or a customer-data upload portal on this site.

What this site may process

  • Public page visits: page URLs, device/browser category, referrer, approximate geography, and similar aggregate analytics signals through Google Analytics 4.
  • Hosting and security logs: Cloudflare Pages or related hosting infrastructure may process standard request, performance, abuse-prevention, and security log information needed to serve the site.
  • Support email you choose to send: if you email HoneKit Support, the message contents and your email address are used to answer access, delivery, basic clarification, and refund-window questions.

What this site does not collect

  • No card details, payment forms, checkout accounts, or tax collection forms are hosted by honekit.dev.
  • No private customer exports, passwords, API keys, legal files, tax records, health data, HR records, or regulated compliance materials should be sent to HoneKit.
  • No promise is made that analytics data can identify every visitor, sale, conversion path, or buyer outcome.
Site browsing Measured in aggregate with Google Analytics 4 and hosting logs so the public pages can be improved. It is not a login system or customer profile database.
Checkout and payment Handled on Gumroad after you choose to leave honekit.dev. HoneKit does not receive or store card numbers, payment form fields, tax IDs, or fraud-screening data on this static site.
Support email Used only for access, delivery, corrupted-file, duplicate-charge, clarification, and refund-window questions. Please send order context, not passwords, API keys, private datasets, or regulated documents.
Product files The bundle is a downloadable template product. HoneKit does not host a workspace where buyers upload customer lists, sales dashboards, analytics exports, or internal business records.

Google Analytics 4

This site uses Google Analytics 4 measurement ID G-JHBCFWR3XQ to understand aggregate traffic and improve page quality. GA4 may use cookies or similar identifiers and can report aggregate visit, page, device, and referral information. HoneKit uses this information for site-readiness checks and content improvement, not for building advertising profiles.

If you prefer not to be measured by Google Analytics, you can use your browser privacy settings, cookie controls, or Google's browser opt-out tools where available.

Advertising readiness boundary

HoneKit may load Google advertising infrastructure on public pages as part of AdSense readiness, but the site does not sell visitor email lists, run buyer-upload tracking, or ask readers to create an advertising account. Any ad personalization, consent, or cookie behavior controlled by Google is governed by Google's own systems and the reader's browser or account settings.

Editorial pages are written to stay useful without ads: guide recommendations are based on launch-readiness checks, support boundaries, and buyer clarity rather than paid placement, affiliate promises, or approval-guarantee claims.

Gumroad checkout handoff

Purchases are handled on Gumroad, not on honekit.dev. Gumroad may process payment, receipt, tax, refund, fraud-prevention, and file-delivery information under Gumroad's own terms and privacy policy. HoneKit's site-side role is to explain the product scope, support boundaries, and buyer expectations before you choose whether to visit checkout.

Support email boundaries

HoneKit Support uses [email protected] for customer-facing support. Please keep messages limited to access, delivery, corrupted-file, duplicate-charge, basic product clarification, and refund-window questions.

Do not send passwords, API keys, legal documents, tax documents, medical or health information, HR records, private customer exports, confidential business data, or regulated compliance materials. HoneKit support does not provide legal, tax, financial, medical, HR, compliance, custom implementation, or private consulting advice.

Practical retention approach

HoneKit keeps support communication only as long as reasonably needed to answer the request, handle delivery/refund follow-up, maintain basic business records, and prevent repeat abuse. Static site analytics are reviewed in aggregate so the public pages can be improved for clarity, navigation, and quality.
