These notes explain how HoneKit presents the Starter Bundle on this public site and how buyers should interpret the downloadable materials. They are written for clarity, not as a substitute for legal terms from a licensed professional or the checkout platform.

Product and checkout handoff

The HoneKit Starter Bundle is a paid digital download sold through Gumroad. The public HoneKit site explains what the bundle contains, publishes buyer-readiness guides, and links to Gumroad for checkout. Gumroad handles payment, receipt delivery, tax handling where applicable, fraud prevention, and file delivery under Gumroad's own terms and policies.

What the templates are for

The materials are editable starters for customer support, onboarding, feedback triage, refund/access workflows, and lightweight operations planning. They are meant to reduce blank-page work for founders and small teams, then be adapted to the buyer's own product, tools, policies, tone, and jurisdiction.

  • Use the examples as drafting aids, not as automatically correct policies.
  • Keep customer data, private exports, passwords, API keys, and regulated records in your own approved workspace, not in emails to HoneKit.
  • Review any public-facing wording before sending it to your own customers.

Support scope

Support is limited to purchase access, file delivery, corrupted or missing files, duplicate charges, basic clarification about what is included, and refund-window questions. HoneKit support does not include custom implementation, live calls, private consulting, review of private customer records, copy approval for your business, legal policy drafting, or setup inside your tools.

What support can and cannot change

This section gives buyers a plain-English boundary before they purchase: support can help with the HoneKit files and checkout handoff, but it cannot rewrite a buyer's business policy or operate their customer support process.

  • Support can change or resend: a missing download link, a corrupted ZIP replacement, a mistaken duplicate charge investigation, or a clarification about which included template to open first.

The current site-side refund expectation is a 48-hour no-questions refund window after purchase, plus a 14-day window for access problems, duplicate charges, missing or corrupted files, or materially misdescribed contents. Refund handling may also depend on Gumroad's platform workflow and the information visible on the checkout listing at the time of purchase.

  • For access or corrupted-file issues, include the Gumroad receipt email and a short description of the problem.
  • For duplicate-charge questions, contact support from the email used for purchase when possible.
  • For template-fit questions, describe which included file or workflow caused confusion; do not include private customer records.

Before buying, use this quick fit check to decide whether the bundle matches the work you actually need to do this week. The goal is a clear purchase decision, not pressure, urgency, or a promise that templates will solve every support or launch problem.

  • Good fit: you sell or are preparing a simple digital product and need editable support macros, refund/access notes, buyer expectation copy, and launch-readiness worksheets.
